I started a busines in 2020 and experienced a lot of growth during
covid. However after everything settled and due to increase
competition in the marketplace, I wasn't sure If i could still sell my
business. Even though it was still profitable - it's in a unique niche and I

relationships with. This was something that made my decision to go
with him easier. Something that I did not want to do was take many

the bank that we all know is a huge win. When I got my P/L done with
