Kelly Bagla, the founder and general manager of Bagla Law, is a corporate and securities attorney who practices in San Diego County.
A multi-degreed lawyer, she began her career with a Fortune-500 global biotechnology company in California, where she managed legal issues for 35 international subsidiaries. She then joined Baker & McKenzie, an international law firm based in San Diego.
Kelly Bagla later joined Catalyst Law Group in San Diego, California, where she headed the corporate legal department. Her practice ranged from general corporate counseling to legal advice on off-shore transactions.
Currently, Kelly Bagla and her associates serve as general counsel for her clients and represent small businesses with the day to day legal issues such businesses face.
